    Reports to: Executive Director of HR & Finance

    Position Summary

    The Central Services Specialist plays a key role in maintaining, creating, and ensuring business and data processes for the overall ministry of Crossroads Community Church, the various ministries across all its campuses, and The Community Center at Crossroads. This position will be a critical role within the cross-functional Central Services Team. This team is the business hub — the mechanics — that complements and equips the relational ministry taking place in multiple locations every day. The Central Services Specialist position combines strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail and data integrity. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with data systems, business processes (marketing, finance, compliance, etc.), reports, and cross-functional teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collect, enter, and maintain accurate data across multiple databases and software systems. (e.g. Pushpay, Planning Center, Asana, etc.) Review, audit, and correct data for consistency and accuracy.

    • Create and manage all profiles, forms, groups, events, calendars, process queues, etc. within the organization’s ChMS (Pushpay/CCB) to ensure accurate information and strategic communication

    • Equip and train others in how to leverage data systems and information for ministry goals and growth

    • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support leadership and ministry decision-making, and assist with data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and process improvement opportunities.

    • Create and maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for easy data retrieval

    • Oversee staff credit card allocation, tracking, and reconciliation under the Supervision of the Executive Director of Finance

    • Compile and distribute monthly and weekly giving reports to executive team, and oversee end-of year giving reports to all congregants under the supervision of the the Executive Director of Finance

    • Complete and submit all annual filings for all campuses and The Community Center at Crossroads (e.g. business entity reports, tax exempt, forms, etc.)

    • Oversee background checks and training, establish and maintain policies and procedures, and ensure compliance across ministry areas

    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless data flow and communication

    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations

    • Participate in system upgrades, data migrations, and process documentation efforts

    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience:

    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Information Systems, or related field preferred

    • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or data-focused role a plus (experience with spreadsheets, CRMs, or ERP systems strongly preferred)

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

    • Strong proficiency with Apple iWork, The Google Workspace, and database management tools

    • Ability to work in cross-functional teams

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills

    • Ability to train others in how to use data systems

    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

    • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and an understanding of business operations
