The Made For More Challenge is an invitation to step into more: more purpose, more community, more faith, and more impact. Through the challenge, you’ll have opportunities to engage with others, experience what God is doing in and through Crossroads, encounter Him in meaningful ways, and expand your faith beyond Sunday mornings. You are the one. This is the place. Now is the time to discover that you were Made For More.

Will you Accept the Challenge?

Week 1

  • BE AT CHURCH
    Show up. Be present. Be part of what God is doing.

  • THE ONE PERSON CHALLENGE
    Encourage someone who serves behind the scenes. Tell them why they matter.

  • SAY THANK YOU
    Thank someone whose willingness to serve has made a difference in your life.

  • SERVE BEFORE YOU’RE ASKED
    See a need? Meet it. Look for one opportunity to serve someone today.

  • THE 10-MINUTE MISSION
    Give 10 minutes to serve someone else. Small acts can make a big difference.

  • DISCOVER YOUR PURPOSE
    What are your gifts? What are you passionate about? Ask how God can use you.

  • JOIN THE TEAM
    Take the next step. Visit the Vision Team table, talk to a leader, or find a place to serve.

Week 2

  • MEET SOMEONE NEW
    Arrive 10 minutes early or stay 10 minutes late. Introduce yourself to 3 people you don't know.

  • LEARN A NAME
    Learn the name of someone you regularly see but have never met.

  • SPEAK LIFE
    Give 3 specific encouragements today. Tell people exactly what you appreciate about them.

  • SERVE WITHOUT CREDIT
    Do one act of service today without looking for recognition.

  • PRAY FOR UNITY
    Pray for 3 people who are different from you—different ages, backgrounds, personalities, or experiences.

  • CARRY SOMEONE’S LOAD
    Ask someone, “What’s one thing I could help you with this week?” Then do it.

  • MAKE ROOM
    Invite someone to coffee, lunch, dinner, or your small group. Make room at your table for someone else.

Week 3

  • PRAY FOR YOUR 3
    Write down 3 people who don’t have a relationship with God. Start praying for them every day.

  • BLESS YOUR NEIGHBOR
    Do something kind for someone today with nothing expected in return.

  • MAKE TIME TO SERVE
    Clear your schedule and make plans to be part of Serve Saturday.

  • INVITE SOMEONE
    Invite someone to join you for Made for More Weekend.

  • FAMILY FRIDAY
    Invite a friend to join you for Family Friday!

  • SHARE YOUR STORY
    Take 90 seconds to tell someone how God has changed your life.

  • SAVE THEM A SEAT
    Invite someone to sit with you at church tomorrow.

MADE FOR MORE

Over the next 100 days, we will be walking through what it looks like to experience more. Jesus desires more for us, but it’s going to require more from us. So we are dedicating 100 days to engage, experience, encounter, and expand—a journey to engage deeply, experience God fully, encounter His presence personally, and expand our faith, our influence, and His kingdom through us.

We believe these next 100 days will set the tone for our whole year!

From August 20th - November 22nd, we will be challenging ourselves to do more with a different focus in mind each day. Daily challenges will be posted on this webpage, as well as on our social media accounts.
